WHAT DOES PHOTOCHROMIC MEAN?
Photochromic lenses will darken on exposure to UV light. In the absence of UV light, the lenses will return to their clear state.
MY LENSES ARE NOT FULLY TRANSITIONING?
It is common for photochromic lenses to take a few wears in order to reach their full tinting potential. So just like a motorcycle, our lenses need to be worn in!
DO YOUR GLASSES PROVIDE FULL UV PROTECTION?
Yes. All our lens options provide 100% protection against UV rays.
WHAT LENS CATEGORY DO YOUR TRANSITION LENSES MEET?
Our Transition lenses are suitable for both Day & Night riding. Both the clear & yellow lenses are CATEGORY 0 in their inactive state & will transition to CATEGORY 3 sunglasses when fully activated.
WHAT LENS CATEGORY DO YOUR POLARIZED LENSES MEET?
Our Polarized lenses are CATEGORY 3 Sunglass Lenses.
WHAT ARE YOUR LENSES MADE FROM?
All our lenses are manufactured using high-grade shatter proof polycarbonate.
WHAT STANDARDS DO YOUR PRODUCTS MEET?
All our sunglasses comply with AS/NZS 1067.1:2016
WILL THESE WORK IN A CAR OR BEHIND MY HELMET VISOR?
Our Polarized options are suitable for use in a car or behind a helmet visor. However our Transitional lenses will not work behind car windscreens & helmet visors as these block UV rays & therefore will not allow the lenses to transition to dark.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE CLEAR & YELLOW TRANSITIONAL LENSES?
The yellow lenses have been proven to significantly improve contrast sensitivity - Especially in low light conditions, such as when it is overcast, foggy, raining or at dusk/dawn.
ARE SKRAM EYEWEAR LEGAL FOR NIGHT RIDING OR DRIVING?
Both the clear & yellow transitional lens options are CATEGORY 0 in their inactive state, therefore making them legal to be used for riding or dirving at night. Unfortunately, it is illegal to ride or drive with polarized lenses at night.

CAN I ADJUST THE FRAMES TO SUIT MY FACE?
Our frames Are made from a premium acetate material. On your first wear the frames may feel a little stiff. However, they will loosen up over time. If any major fitting adjustments are needed, we suggesting visiting an eye care professional.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept most major credit cards & debit cards, as well as Paypal, Apple Pay, GPay & Afterpay. Our website complies with the highest-level Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS), so your payments are all completely secure.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES OR TAXES?
Some countries may charge import duties or other local charges. It is your responsibility to pay for these fees. This is a local government charge, we have no control over this and unfortunately are unable to predict such fees. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
We will try our best to accommodate any changes to your order prior to dispatch. Please email hello@skram.cc before this time to ensure we can catch it in time.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
The moment your items are shipped, we will notify you via email. You can also track its progress using the tracking details in the shipping notification.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship internationally. If your country does not appear in the drop-down list on the checkout page, please email hello@skram.cc and we will do our best to make delivery arrangements for you.

We offer flat rate shipping both Nationally & Internationally.

HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER ARRIVES?
Australian orders in metro & regional areas will arrive within 5-7 business days. Deliveries outside Australia will vary based on location. Unfortunately due to COVID-19, there may be some delays with shipping.
SKRAM Eyewear is protected by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer’s defects.
This doesn’t mean it’s cool to mis-treat your SKRAMs. Hear us out...
WHAT'S NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY?
- Crack or breaks caused by accidental damage!
- Scratched lenses or frames.
- General wear and tear
SKRAM’s are scratch resistant however they will scratch! Especially if you have projectiles heading your way at over 100kph. They will however protect your eyes allowing you the vision to go longer. If you feel the eye-wear has defects from production please let us know. If you drop them, unfortunately there isn’t much we can do, but we will do our best.
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS.
- Double check whether the fault is covered under warranty. If it’s not covered, it’s time for a new pair of SKRAM’s
- Complete the Warranty Claim Form
- Post your shades back to SKRAM Eyewear, using the prepaid shipping label we will send you.
Once received, we will assess your SKRAMs against our Warranty Policy and aim to get back to you within 10 business days.
DISCLAIMER
SKRAM Eyewear may not be able to repair, or replace, discontinued models even if they do meet the Warranty Policy. But don’t worry, if it’s a genuine warranty claim, we’ll still look after you.
SKRAM Eyewear is committed to customer satisfaction – if you receive a product that you are unhappy with, simply return it to us within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Frames must be returned in a saleable condition, with all original accessories & packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Only items purchased through www.skram.cc may be returned to our online warehouse. Items purchased through our retail partners must be returned to the place of purchase and are subject to the return policies of the retail partner.
Please note that we do not offer refunds on sale items or custom prescription orders.
DO YOU COVER THE COST OF RETURNS?
Within Australia - Free returns within 14 days of the original purchase date. Limit 1 return per customer.
International - Shipping costs for returns are at the customer’s expense.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Within in Australia - Click here to be directed to the returns form. Once it has been processed we will email you a return label that can be dropped into any AusPost Office.
From outside Australia - Click here to be directed to the returns form. Once you've received confirmation from us take your sunglasses to your nearest post office and please include your order number on the parcel.
We recommended using a traceable shipping method when returning international orders.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CLEAN MY GLASSES?
Cleaning your glasses
- Rinse glasses under gentle stream of lukewarm water to remove dust and debris
- Add a small drop of hand soap or dish detergent to each lens
- Rub both sides of lenses and all parts of the frame
- Rinse
- Dry with a microfibre cloth or lint free hand towel
Day-to-Day Care
- Use the SKRAM Microfibre cleaning cloth provided – wipe away fingerprints and minor dirt/dust
There is no such thing as a scratch-PROOF lens. Our lenses have a specialised hard coating to make them tougher & scratch resistant, but all lenses need to be looked after to avoid scratches.
Polycarbonate lenses are susceptible to damage from certain chemicals. It is recommended that you avoid contact with all chemicals including ammonia, acetone, ethanol and propane lens cleaners. If lenses come in contact with any chemicals, we recommend that you rinse them immediately. Chemical damage is not covered by SKRAM warranty.
